The Twisted Fork was built by husband-and-wife team Peter and Sara Grondin—with three kids, a whole lot of chaos, and the belief that the best food should feel like the people making it: real, tasteful, and full of personality.
His Food. Her Heart.
Peter brings a lifetime in kitchens, an obsession with flavor, and absolutely no respect for culinary borders. Sara brings the heart, perspective, and grounding that helped turn a chef’s crazy ideas into a place people actually want to call their own.
